Cancellations

  • Cancellations on stock items must be requested before the order has shipped
  • ​Cancellation on a custom order must be made within 3 days of the order placement
  • All refunds on cancelled orders will be minus any shipping or third party billing fees incurred.

Returns and exchange details,

  • Customer satisfaction is of great importance to me!
  • You may request a return within 5 days of delivery.
  • Returns will be accepted only if received within 12 days of delivery.
  • If you're dissatisfied with your purchase I'll gladly exchange it or give you a refund, minus the shipping, after the unused item has been returned in unused and good condition.
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom Orders,
  • A deposit based on the estimated cost of your order may be required before I begin work on your project.
  • Once work has begun on your project your deposit will be non refundable.
  • You will receive frequent photographic updates on the progress of your order which will be subject to your approval.
  • As creation of your order progresses, should you choose to have extra details applied to an item which involve more labor or materials, the cost will be added to the original estimate.
  • When each piece in your order is completed it will be shipped to you upon payment in full, including shipping cost.
  • I will do everything possible to insure your item is all you expect it to be, therefore once it has been delivered in good condition it is a final sale. If you are truly displeased with the final result, a partial refund may be negotiated. (This applies only to custom orders),

Shipping,

  • I currently offer free shipping on all stock item orders.
  • Orders ship 2 to 5 days after payment has been received.
  • Orders are shipped USPS standard unless otherwise requested.
  • You may request other shipping methods, such as express, overnight, and by companies other than USPS, but there will be a charge.
  • You will also be charged for international shipping.
